I understand that my participation in yacht racing is solely my decision and it is
not a requirement to become a member or to maintain membership in the club.  
However, I understand that club participation is the reason for my membership.
This includes non-racing events as well as assistance in the various activities as
they regard to club regatta and club sponsored regattas such as racing committees,
registration and other committees.  I also understand that I will be expected to 
participate in club facilities maintenance activities as well as other duties as 
they arise from time to time.  I agree to acquaint myself and abide by the club 
by-laws and in racing by the rules of the United States Sailing Association.

Membership fees consist of a one-time initiation fee of $250 and the current yearly
dues of $250.  A share of stock must be purchased before the second season of membership.
A stock share may be purchased from WSC for $250.  Stock purchased from WSC will carry 
a transfer restriction.  Stock may also be purchased from a current stockholder.
It is necessary to own stock to vote.
