The Port Oliver Yacht Club would like to announce a Sailing School starting April 23 until May 9, 2009. Classroom sessions will be held Thursdays evenings; 7-9 pm at 1032 College Street, BG, KY. On the water sessions will be on Saturdays, April 25 and May 2 & 9, at Barren River Lake. $40 single/$75 couple.

This sailing program offers both classroom and “on the water” instruction as members of the POYC guide participants through steps needed to become comfortable with sailing. You will learn boat terms and parts, knots, points of sail, sail trim, and of course the best part is going sailing! All are welcome!
