PIYA and the Columbia Gorge Racing Association, having partnered to create a world class racing clinic for the newest member of the competitive sailing world, the Optimist sailor.  RIPPLE, a fun filled clinic with world class coaching, Argy and Bocha will be coming back to put on an even greater 2008 clinic.
