The Lolly Boston Memorial Fund and Fleet

The Lolly Boston Memorial Fund was created at the request of Peter Theut as a means to honor a most worthy and benevolent influence in the sport of sailing in our community and provide a means for benefactors to continue her strides by providing funding to the North Star Junior Sailing Program for the specific purpose of replenishing the Junior Sailing Fleet with new instruction boats. 

The Boston family who have given so much to sailing through their gifts, encouragement, and dedication to service, mourned the passing of Lolly,their maternal patriarch, in 2001.  We encourage you to participate in honoring her memory through this fund.

A plaque, presented April 4th, 2002, to North Star Sail Club, displays the mission of this fund along with the boats purchased through this fund and the major benefactors that have made this all possible.

Please make checks payable to NORTH STAR JUNIOR SAILING, INC. (or NSJS) and write the words LOLLY BOSTON MEMORIAL (or LBM) in the memo section.
