US SAILING member organizations can get a free web site at www.ussailing.net. Here is how it works:

  1. Your organization must be a current member. Check Here.

  2. With this free member benefit we can't host your domain name. Your web site address will be http://www.ussailing.net/XXXXX. You need to decide what the XXXXX will be. Usually an abbreviation of your organization's name. 

  3. You must use Microsoft Front Page to maintain your site.

  4. You are limited to 10 MB.

  5. You will receive a username equal to USSAxxxxx. You can select your own password. 

  6. Under this free offer - it is a do-it-yourself operation. The US SAILING web master may provide some support but it is extremely limited. The only advertising you are required to have is "Site hosting provided by PowerShift" on the bottom of each page.
