Start Sequence
AP or First Substitute or Red Flag flown until 1 minute prior to Warning Signal. Drop accompanied by one (1) horn blast.
Warning Flag (white) up, one (1) horn blast = 5min to start
White flag down, one (1) horn blast, Blue flag up = 4min to start
Blue flag down, one (1) long horn blast = 1 min to start

Red flag up, one (1) horn blast = start (also becomes Warning Flag for next race)
