Area A - Match Racing Championship

The event began with double round robins (6 races for 3 teams) however after four races it was called off as Tabor had won twice, Bristol won twice, and Eastern lost twice. At this juncture Eastern YC did not have a chance to place so the finals began between Tabor and Bristol in a best of 3 out of 5 races. Tabor Academy won with a score of 3-1. Bryan Peugh did race management, Noel Field and Dan Davis umpired.
