The “effective time” is defined as the time it would take if each boat had a handicap of 100:

The “score” is defined as the place in each individual race (low point system).
The “total score” is the sum of the scores of the best 60% (rounded up) of the races.
The scores in parentheses are not counted in the total score.
DNC [Did Not Compete] counts as the number of (registered) fleet members plus one.
These count as the number of (registered) competitors in the race plus one:
DNS [Did Not Start], OCS [On Course Side (of starting line)],
DNF [Did Not Finish], RAF [Retired After Finishing], DSQ [DiSQualified].
The number of (registered) fleet members is the number who have registered for the series.
Anyone starting a race who is not registered will be denoted "NR" in the standings.
The number of members of the Handicap fleet is currently 15.
The number of Handicap races so far is 12, of which the best 8 (60%) are kept.
The number of members of the Sonar fleet is currently 6.
The number of Sonar races so far is 8, of which the best 5 (60%) are kept.
The number of members of the Santana fleet is currently 6.
The number of Santana races so far is 12, of which the best 8 (60%) are kept.
The number of members of the Laser fleet is currently 1.
The number of Laser races so far is 0, of which the best 0 (60%) are kept.
