Hello BYC Members!  On August 9th, Claudette Savino, and her crew (Mother and husband) orchestrated another successful yard sale at the BYC.  There were over 20 tables that had rented space ($30/ table) and the BYC yard sale itself brought in over $300!  Thanks Claudette and company for all of your hard work. The day had profits of over $1000  for the Auxiliary.  Thank you also to the Juniors that sold cupcakes, pretzels, hot dogs and water.  And to all of the members that donated their old stuff to become the treasures of others!

Traditionally, we would have had a meeting on the evening of the Golf Tournament.  I was not there that evening, since we were taking Andrew to college.  So, if it is ok with everyone, I will remain president with Claudette as the vice president, Barbara Virielli and treasurer and Donna Ford as recording secretary.  If anyone else would like a position. all you have to do is ask!  (Really)  Something that I would like to bring back next year is the Fashion Show!  More will come on that later!

The Ships’s Store has new caps in ”pumpkin”, the new shade for fall!  Thanks so much for a great year!
